Vaishali is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Ayurveda, holding a bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery from a respected overseas institution. With five years of experience as a child health counselor at a renowned pediatric hospital overseas, Vaishali has gained valuable expertise in working with individuals of different age groups, always striving to make a positive impact in the community.
Her passion for inclusiveness and diversity drives them to contribute meaningfully to the disability sector in Australia. By leveraging her knowledge, she advocates for empowerment and independence for every individual.
Beyond her professional commitments, Vaishali is a warm and friendly person who loves yoga and enjoys gardening, trekking, and cooking in her free time.
Jerin
DirectorWith over 12 years of extensive experience and expertise in neurosurgery, neurology, and stroke care, Jerin is a highly experienced registered nurse. She specialises in managing complex clients with multiple comorbidities, providing advanced care such as tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, and central venous access. With extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic neurological deficits, she has successfully guided numerous patients through rehabilitation and long-term care. In her recent role as a healthcare educator, Jerin has developed policies, ensured compliance with national standards, and gained comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework, showcasing her expertise. Combining Jerin's clinical and educational expertise empowers her to deliver holistic, person-centred care effectively.
